Famous shoemaker Berluti and Hublot partnered for the creation of two exclusive Classic Fusion limited editions. While leather is a standard material in watchmaking for straps, Hublot replica watch goes beyond the traditional approach using Berluti’s emblematic Venezia leather and its famous patina also for the dial, which is not a simple task. In fact, using a living material in a sealed case is pretty complicated, just like finding the perfect balance between the nuances of the dial and the strap. The process also requires that the organic components of leather are neutralised making each dial unique.
The first model is the Hublot Classic Fusion Berluti All Black replica watch, a purely monochrome model adopting a “nero grigio Venezia” handmade strap inspired by the art of scarification, marked with the signature “Gaspard” incision of the Berluti House. The 45 mm black ceramic case features with a nero grigio leather dial signed by Berluti. The Classic Fusion Berluti All Black will be produced in a limited edition of 500 pieces.
The second model, the Hublot Classic Fusion Berluti Scritto replica watch, is even more exclusive. Produced in a 250-piece limited edition, this model comes with a Venezia Scritto calf leather strap with writing inspired by 18th century calligraphy. The Hublot King Gold used for the 45 mm case is perfectly in tone with the tobacco bis hued leather that also gilds the dial.
